**How does polkahorse algorithm pick out a winner in a race?**

**Race horses have specific abilities that can be developed and increased over time with training, these abilities will be taken into account by the algorithm to draw randomly a winner. In consequence we can vouch that untrained horses have a non-negligible percentage of probabilities of winning a race against a superiorly trained horse despite the numerical disadvantage in skills.**

**Although a first category horse is statistically stronger and more powerful, do not be surprised that on a bad day it could be overtaken in the finish line by a horse of less category, after all that's how races are, you never know for sure what could happen with so many variables.**
